I do real estate differently.

That starts with Golden Rule: do to others what you would have them do to you. I want to exceed your expectations by setting the bar to the highest standard: giving the kind of service I'd want to receive. If we work together, here's what you can expect.

1. Never Make You Feel Pushed

I will speak up when it's in your best interests, but I will never make you feel rushed or pushed. My entire approach centers around putting my clients first. I genuinely believe that if I can do that with excellence, then everything else will take care of itself, which takes the pressure off of both of us.

2. Listen Attentively to You

I listen carefully to keep detailed notes of your needs and wants. That helps me get it right the first time, every time. Don't waste time working with someone you have to remind and keep on track because they talk, talk, talk and don't know how to listen. As long as you communicate clearly, tell me once and know you'll get what you asked for. I'll ask for clarification when I need it, and when your needs change, I'll be happy to hear you out and get it just right.

3. Communicate Responsively

I'm responsive and available to my clients by email, phone, text and chat. Not being able to reach your agent is one of the most common complaints in real estate. Don't get stuck with someone who never picks up the phone and doesn't return your calls or messages. When you need me, I'm there.

4. Obsess Over Details

You buy or sell your home no matter WHO your agent is. But it's the details that define your experience. An agent's failure to get them right can cost you and leave you unhappy in the one place you should feel best - your own home. I pay attention to the details others miss, because I understand that when it comes to my clients' happiness, every detail is of the utmost importance.

5. Take Every Question

I understand that buying or selling a home can be stressful and that it's normal for questions and concerns to arise. It's my job to provide the answers and calm reassurance my clients are looking for. You'll never be embarrassed you asked me a question. And if I don't know the answer, I'll tell you, I'l find out, and I'll get back to you at the first opportunity.

6. Follow Up After Every Sale

If you let me help you buy or sell your home, that's personal, not transactional to me. It may be the biggest financial decision you ever make, and we will have shared a significant part of your story together. I genuinely care about my clients. Your happiness is important to me, so I'll check in from time to time and keep in touch. I'll be available to you, your family and your friends, should you need my help again.
